Shipping Destinations
We support domestic and international shipping for commercial seafood tank chillers, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and other markets subject to product configuration, destination regulations and logistics availability.
Lead Time
Standard stocked items may be prepared in about 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. Customized products, OEM/ODM orders, special voltage or bulk orders may require about 15 to 30 business days or longer, depending on production schedule.
Final lead time is confirmed in the quotation, invoice or order confirmation.
Freight And Delivery Methods
Shipping may be arranged by express, air freight, sea freight, truck delivery or buyer-appointed forwarder. Freight is calculated by destination, product size, weight, packing method, insurance, delivery terms and requested timeline.
Common trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP may be discussed where suitable and must be confirmed in writing.
Customs, Duties And Import Requirements
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for destination customs clearance, import duties, taxes, permits, certifications and local compliance requirements. We can provide commercial invoice, packing list and product information normally required for shipment.
Delivery Inspection And Delays
Buyers should inspect packaging before signing delivery documents. If damage is visible, record it with the carrier and take photos immediately. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, port congestion, carrier delays or force majeure.
